Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. The Survey community was abuzz with details from the recently concluded 13th South East Asian Survey Congress. The congress is a biennial event that gathers together all members of the ASEAN Federation of Land Surveying and Geomatics (ASEAN FLAG). Over time it has evolved to be a platform for government, industry and academia to discuss opportunities and challenges of geospatial data creation, maintenance and management across the region. This year’s theme was, “Expanding the Geospatial Future.”
